After a four-year hiatus, the Sidemen Charity match came back in 2022 in extraordinary fashion, with the social media royalty providing a 15-goal thriller between the Sidemen and YouTube All-Stars, with an iconic performance from iShowSpeed and an open-play goal from Vikkstar123, earning a Guinness World Record for making the 2022 edition of the match “The Most Watched Live Sports Event on YouTube.”
And how did they respond the following year? By making it even bigger.
The 2023 edition saw an upgrade from Charlton Athletic’s The Valley, a League One stadium with a capacity of 27,000 fans, to West Ham’s London Stadium, a Premier League ground that seats over 67,000 people.
The highlights in the follow-up edition were just as memorable, with iShowSpeed once again stealing the show after failing to convert a penalty on goalkeeper mode KSI.

Now in 2025, and after choosing to wait two years for the next match, the Sidemen will host their biggest match ever in the iconic Wembley Stadium — prepared to seat 90,000 fans.
Like every year, the match will direct all proceeds and earnings to charity, with the 2025 edition benefiting the BBC's Children in Need and the Sidemen's Bright Side.
The match in 2023 raised over £2.4 million for CALM, Teenage Cancer Trust, Rays of Sunshine and M7Education — with the 2025 edition expected to raise even more.
