In times of great crisis and uncertainty for the United States men’s national team, the supporters can always count on one thing. That single thing: Taylor Twellman is going to supply the people with a great rant about the team and U.S. Soccer.
The latest Taylor Twellman USMNT rant came during an appearance with The Dan Le Batard Show on Tuesday where the former U.S. player responded to Christian Pulisic and Timothy Weah calling out the ‘evil’ pundits criticizing the team.
Pulisic and Weah have been catching plenty of flak after they said in the latest episode of the “PULISIC” documentary that the media members talking about the team are unfair and evil.
Twellman was less than impressed with the quotes from two of the USMNT’s biggest stars and called out the squad’s recent failures in Copa América and more on home soil.

We know deep down Twellman would’ve loved to scream “WHAT ARE WE DOING??” however this rant will suffice.
Excitement around the USMNT seems to be at an all-time low as the results haven’t been there, star players like Pulisic sat out for the Gold Cup and now the latest complaint about former players criticizing the team has fans calling the players soft.
The USMNT will return to the field in two weeks for September friendlies against South Korea (Sept. 6) and Japan (Sept. 9). If there’s ever a time to prove to the fans that this squad cares and can get results, September would be a great time to start.
