USMNT Abroad this weekend: The latest on American players in Europe

Josh Sargent (Norwich City)

Sargent bagged a brace in his first start for Norwich since October. The USMNT striker recently returned from groin surgery and appears to be back with a bang.

Timothy Weah (Juventus)

Weah did not see the pitch in Juventus' tough 2-1 loss against Napoli away.

Ricardo Pepi (PSV Eindhoven)

The USMNT striker was relegated back to the bench in PSV's 3-2 win against NAC Breda, but scored almost immediately to practically seal his club's victory after scoring the third goal.

Christian Pulisic (AC Milan)

Pulisic made his return to the AC Milan starting XI and scored the rossoneri's first goal of the game in their eventual 3-2 victory over Parma, extending his impressive perfect record as a penalty taker.

Weston McKennie (Juventus)

McKennie played the full 90 minutes for Juventus in their 2-1 loss against Napoli.

Antonee Robinson (Fulham)

Jedi Robinson played the full match in Fulham's 1-0 away loss against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Yunus Musah (AC Milan)

Musah also started the game against Parma, providing a crucial added time assist to put the score level, with Milan winning the game just mintues later.

Richard Ledezma (PSV Eindhoven)

The USMNT right-back was the only American to make the starting lineup for PSV Eindhoven in their 3-2 home win against NAC Breda. Ledezma completed 84 percent of his passes and had two clearances.

Johnny (Real Betis)

Johnny played the full 90 minutes for Betis in their 1-0 victory vs. Mallorca. Rumors are circulating that EPL side Wolves are interested in the USMNT defensive midfielder.

Gio Reyna (Borussia Dortmund)

Reyna was an unused substitute in Dortmund's 2-2 draw vs. Werder Bremen on Saturday.

Malik Tillman (PSV Eindhoven)

Tillman is out indefinitely with a serious ankle injury he suffered on Jan. 14.

Tyler Adams (AFC Bournemouth)

Tyler Adams had arguably his best Premier League performance of his career during Bournemouth’s 5-0 thrashing of Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

Adams played the full 90 minutes, provided two assists and was superb in defense and moved the ball well. His second assist saw him win back possession near midfield and supply a perfect ball for Dango Ouattara.

Folarin Balogun (AS Monaco)

Starting USMNT striker Balogun is taking hit after hit with injuries, with reports now indicating that the former Arsenal forward is set to undergo shoulder surgery — keeping him away from the pitch for a few more weeks.

Brenden Aaronson (Leeds United)

Brenden and Leeds will continue their in-form EFL Championship campaign when they face Burnley away on Monday, Jan. 27 at 3:00 pm EST.

Haji Wright (Coventry City)

Wright is not the only USMNT player dealing with injuries this season, with the striker expected to return for Coventry sometime in late January.

Chris Richards (Crystal Palace)

The American center back played 84 minutes in Crystal Palace's home 2-1 loss against Brentford. Richards had five clearances, three tackles and completed 85 percent of his passes.
