“Nature made me a freak. Man made me a weapon. And God made it last too long,” Wolverine once said ... and that was before he even knew his strengths would be combined with a mutated adidas Predator Freak to from the ultimate soccer armament.
Dropping on Tuesday, April 13, is the second collaboration between the Marvel Universe and adidas (building off the Spider-Man Nemeziz that dropped back in the summer of 2019), and this one combines two popular adidas silos with two legendary characters from the X-Men comic franchise.
First we’ve got the adidas Predator Freak Wolverine. With claws on the upper, Wolverine’s face on the heel and a yellow/silver metallic/black and blue color way, this is the wildest looking Predator ever created.
Then there’s the adidas X Ghosted Cyclops, which looks to combine the boot’s lightweight upper and precise design with Cyclops’ own superhuman speed and deadly accuracy.
