Jude Bellingham reveals who he believes is the best player in the world

Jude Bellingham has put his wonderful individual debut season with Real Madrid aside and called one of his teammates the best player in the world.

Bellingham calls Vinicius Jr. the best player in the world

During Real Madrid’s 2023/24 LaLiga title celebrations this Sunday, where all players and staff rejoiced their 36th league trophy conquest last Saturday after a 3-0 win over CF Cádiz, the Englishman galactico confessed who he believes is the best player in the world: Vini Jr.

Despite Bellingham’s large possibilities of being a front-runner for the 2024 Ballon d’Or, the No. 5 did not think twice about calling the Brazilian winger the best.

"All good. I'm very happy [to see everyone come celebrate with us] today, with the best player in the world" said the 2023 Golden Boy winner.

Vinicius laughed it off and returned the compliment, calling Bellingham the best as well. The comradery in this squad is next level.

Bellingham has completed an amazing season with Real Madrid since signing for the club last June, scoring 22 goals and providing 10 assists in 39 games at just 20 years of age.

Vini, who is coming off of reaching double digits in both goals and assists for the third season in a row, has scored 21 goals and 11 assists - in 36 games. He provided a goal contribution in every knockout stage in the UEFA Champions League.

Both players are big contenders to make the podium for the upcoming 2024 Ballon D’Or, with a potential win in the Champions League final being a huge decider.
