Kylian Mbappé had yet another standout for performance for Real Madrid in their 4-2 LaLiga home win over Sevilla on Sunday, scoring the game-opener with an absolute screamer from outside the box.

The recently-turned 26-year-old received the ball from outside the box, looked up towards goal and hit a bullet at Álvaro Fernández’s goal to make it 1-0 just 10 minutes into the match.

This goal makes it 10 for the Frenchman in the league season and a total of 14 across all competitions.

Mbappe’s worldie would crack open the Sevilla defense, with the galacticos scoring two more in the space of 24 minutes. Federico Valverde would double the lead with an incredible long shot, and Rodrygo would make it 3-0.

Sevilla would go on to score just seconds after Rodrygo got on the scoresheet, but a Brahim Díaz goal minutes into the second half would sentence the visitors into a tough defeat.

This win places Real Madrid in second place with 40 points in the race for the LaLiga title, only trailing behind leaders Atlético de Madrid (41) who got a huge win against now third-placed Barcelona (38) on Saturday.
