Major League Soccer only has one game left in the regular season. That means that there are plenty of teams not only fighting for a playoff spot but home-field advantage.
Real Salt Lake is one of those teams. Depending on results on Decision Day, they could finish as high as third place or as low as fifth place. And while that doesn't seem to make that much of a difference, in a single match elimination tournament, home-field advantage, especially in MLS, can be what sends you to the MLS Cup Final.
Getting all three points against the Houston Dynamo on the weekend, then, was an important part of that. And after a 75th-minute winner from Jefferson Savarino, RSL took to Twitter to celebrate with a classic Sponge Bob meme.
