US soccer players World Cup activities have varied widely with a few guys traveling, some spectating, and others training . Here's how the USMNT is spending the World Cup that they didn't qualify for.
Travel
Some players have chosen to use their World Cup-less summer as a way to relax and unwind from the stresses of professional soccer.
Fandom
For others, they’ve plopped themselves down in front of the TV like the rest of us. Not being there may be devastating but that hasn't stopped them from watching, and appreciating Nacho's brilliant half-volley against Portugal.

We only found evidence of one player training (we’re not saying that’s the reason they aren’t in the World Cup but we’re also not saying that it isn’t)

And to top it off, we’ve got a few lads celebrating Father’s Day this past weekend.
Looks like the players are doing what they can to make the most of this summer.
