It Had To Be Him — Cristiano Ronaldo Scores On His Homecoming Debut

Was it the prettiest goal? Not by any means. Do we care? Absolutely not. This Cristiano Ronaldo goal vs. Newcastle still had all the feels.

Up until that point Ronaldo had pulled off some clever flicks and stepovers, but nothing of real danger. Fans on Twitter were having a field day with Ronaldo after one of his attempted shots didn’t go according to plan.

Mr. CR7 won’t care about that as he scored his first Manchester United goal since May 10, 2009.

Ronaldo’s goal gave the Red Devils the lead going into halftime.
