Ted Lasso season four has been confirmed by AppleTV+ and it appears that everyone’s favorite mustached-coach will be leading a women’s team in the next chapter of the show.
Jason Sudeikis appeared on the “New Heights” podcast with NFL stars Travis and Jason Kelce where he provided some details on what fans can expect for the next installment of the hit show.

The idea of a women’s team was teased in the last season when Keeley Jones handed a binder to club owner Rebecca Welton with “AFC Richmond women’s team” written inside.
There have also been rumors of cast members returning for the new season including:
- Hannah Waddingham (Rebecca Welton)
- Brett Goldstein (Roy Kent)
- Jeremy Swift (Leslie Higgins)
- Juno Temple (Keeley Jones)
Nick Mohammed, who plays Nathan Shelley, is also rumored to be returning as he put out several tweets around the announcement of the new season.

One fan-favorite that isn’t expected to return is Phil Dunster who plays Jamie Tartt.
A release date has yet to be announced.
