Raise Your Game: How To Juggle

Whether you're just learning or a pro, these juggling tips can help improve your game.


Beginner Variation: Kick the ball up, let it bounce, and repeat this until you develop the basic technique and timing.

You're Juggling: Once you have the basic technique and timing, try keeping the ball up with only the tops of your feet.

Show Off To Everyone: Try to juggle with different parts of your body: inside and outside of your feet, thighs, head, etc.

Challenge Yourself: Try kicking the ball high in the air and continuing to juggle as you receive it. 

You're a Juggling Wizard: Challenge a friend to a game of 2 touch. You each have 2 touches to keep it up until someone messes up.
