Christian Pulisic’s situation at Chelsea worsens by the day and took an even worse turn during Chelsea’s 2-1 defeat to Southampton on Tuesday.
Before Chelsea’s Premier League game, it was announced that Pulisic wouldn’t be allowed to leave the club for a summer loan or transfer. The summer transfer window closes on Thursday.

Pulisic desperately needed a move away from the London club as manager Thomas Tuchel appears to have lost all faith in the American. Tuchel has snubbed the USMNT’s star player from five-straight Premier League starts.
If the other Chelsea forwards were performing well then the snubs for Pulisic would be understandable, however that hasn’t been the case. His fellow forwards Kai Havertz and Mason Mount have started all five games for Chelsea this season and have yet to record a goal or an assist between them.

With the poor performances from Havertz and Mount it was speculated that Pulisic would have been awarded a start on Tuesday. He wasn’t. Instead, four Chelsea forwards — Hakim Ziyech, Havertz, Mount and Raheem Sterling — started ahead of Pulisic.
Of the Chelsea forwards only Sterling has been able to find the back of the net this season and scored the Blues’ lone goal.

With Chelsea losing and the offense failing to score, surely Pulisic would get a shot up top, right? He can at least can his fifth-straight substitute appearance as a foward and try to find an equalizer.
Tuchel subbed Pulisic in the 66th minute. At right wingback.
I’m sorry but what the fuck Tuchel? We’re back to this nonsense of playing Pulisic out of position?
I say all this, however even with the excuse of being out of position Pulisic didn’t look good against Southampton. One of his first touches saw him tripping over the ball and from that moment on he looked outmatched during his short cameo. It seemed like Pulisic was on the ground more than he was standing.
After the final whistle sounded he headed straight to the locker room.

The Chelsea faithful were quick to chastise the American on Twitter for now acknowledge the traveling support.
Get Ziyech and Pulisic out the club tomorrow morning on loans and deal with them next summer, don’t want to see Havertz play for a while either Broja looked so much better than he did.

This Pulisic cameo is horrendous

Cool he wants to leave. But he’s not attractive enough to have permanent offers. What you want us to do. Loan when we need income ourselves to buy a player?
His solution:Dad crying on Twitter
Crying to a US Athletic Journo.Get him gone before it gets toxic.

Really disappointed in Christian Pulisic, the rest of the players went to our fans but Pulisic went straight into the tunnel. I understand he might be disappointed that he didn’t get his move but at least acknowledge the fans. pic.twitter.com/vVpiWzwpzu

In a World Cup year this form and bench situation couldn’t come at a worse time. If Pulisic isn’t getting consistent playing time, then that will be a colossal blow to the USMNT in Qatar.
Here’s what this writer doesn’t understand. Tuchel doesn’t want to start Pulisic, the fans want him out of the club and he probably wouldn’t mind a loan move. So why in the fuck is he being forced to stay?
U.S. fans are not happy. #FreePulisic

Christian walked straight off the field at final whistle. He genuinely can't win at this point. I feel for him. So bloody trapped. A gent who needs to feel loved left in the agony of Limbo https://t.co/Rkj0qTf2GE
