Cute Dog Interrupts Game And Bows Down To Goalkeeper GOAT Christiane Endler

Venezuela defeated Chile 1-0 in a friendly ahead of the next Copa América Femenina. Mariana Speckmaier was the hero for La Vinotinto, but the game's real star was a black dog that entered the pitch to bless us with a very needed dose of cuteness.

Christiane Endler pets dog in Chile vs. Venezuela

The pup stole the spotlight in the middle of the first half when he set foot on the pitch of the aptly named La Granja (The Farm) Stadium.

Once he entered, though, the animal immediately felt star-struck by Chilean keeper Christiane Endler, the 2021 winner of The Best FIFA Goalkeeper award and arguably the GOAT at the position in the women's game. Fight me.

And who can blame him?

The dog just ran to Endler and bowed down to her greatness. The goalkeeper laughed and petted him for a few moments. Seconds later, the animal sprinted around for another whole minute before he was taken out.

Whatever happened next didn't matter.
