Back from break – European top 5 league standings heading into restart

After an international winter break full of jaw-dropping goals, underdog runs, shockers and comebacks that ended in Argentina winning their third World Cup, we are ready to fall back into what we watch the most – European club soccer.

Before the start of the World Cup in November, we were witnessing a sped-up campaign full of unlikely league leaders and unprecedented goalscoring starts to the season.

Napoli and Arsenal sat at the top of their leagues, Erling Haaland and Robert Lewandowski were scoring for fun and more.
