Barcelona’s Aitana Bonmatí might’ve just scored goal of the season after just three games

The two-time reigning Ballon d’Or winner Aitana Bonmatí proved her brilliance once again on Friday with a sensational back-heel volley in Barcelona’s 4-0 league victory.

Bonmatí scored twice in the span of three minutes against Logroño with her first being an absolute beauty.

In the 21st minute Bonmatí received a cross that was slightly behind her and improvised brilliantly to score a volley with her heel.

The goal was a special one for the club as it marked Barcelona's 400th Liga F goal.

She secured her brace just moments later as Barcelona cruised to the 4-0 victory. The Catalan club recorded 39 shots while Logroño had… zero attempts all game.

After just three league games Barcelona already have a goal difference of +19.

Bonmatí nearly completed the hat trick in the second half when she dribbled through three defenders before shooting from outside the box.
