Jack Grealish has rediscovered his old form with Everton and earned himself an award that previously evaded him in his career. Grealish was named the Premier League Player of the Month for August.
After struggling for minutes on Manchester City’s bench for the past few years, Grealish has sprung to life on loan with the Toffies. In two league starts he recorded FOUR assists.

The Player of the Month award is determined partly from fan votes and also a panel of league judges/experts.
Grealish has certainly won the fans over with Everton. It’s great to see the 30-year-old delivering in the league again.
The consensus online seems to be that Grealish is exactly where he belongs. Being the star of a smaller club and having freedom to create is the English attacker’s bread and butter. Seeing him excel with Everton is far more exciting than him being just another cog in the City system.
Everton will have the option to purchase Grealish permanently when the loan ends following the conclusion of the 2025-26 season.
