The Americans With The Most Goals In The History Of The Premier League

It’ll come as a surprise to many, but since the Premier League’s inaugural 1992-93 season, 22 American footballers have gone on to score in England's top division. Sure, only eight of them have managed more than two goals, but we’re also the only nation to have had two goalkeepers score in the EPL. There’s no surer sign of a country’s footballing might.

What’s In A Name? The Giovanni In Gio Reyna

Names in and of themselves are not all that interesting. It’s the meaning behind a name, bestowed upon a child at birth, that makes it special. When Giovanni Alejandro Reyna was born in Sunderland, England, to a pair of U.S. soccer players in 2002, the future Borussia Dortmund star was given a name that proved prophetic for his footballing prowess.

How Do The Minimum MLS And NWSL Salaries Compare To Other U.S. Sports?

Having you ever sat there, lost in a reverie while the Netflix menu stands idle, thinking: "I’m not very athletic, all things considered, but I don’t need to be the star. A lot of people still aren’t happy about that and want him to get up there and fix that damn part of the stratosphere, but we say leave him alone.

Here’s What The USWNT’s 2021 Schedule Looks Like

As much as people love to hate on 2020 for being a crappy year, the sad truth is that as the calendar turns to 2021, our problems won’t magically go away. It’ll be many months — years even — until the Covid-19 vaccine can be fully administered to the global population. Most of the world’s governments are still doing everything in their power to ignore climate change. And let’s not forget police officers are still shooting unarmed Black men with near impunity. But one thing the change in year will bring about is more games on the 2021 USWNT schedule.
