This angle of Viní Jr’s trivela against Levante UD is pure cinema

Real Madrid put on a dominant performance in the 4–1 away victory over Levante on Tuesday night, with Los Blancos continuing their impressive start to the 2025/26 campaign under new manager Xabi Alonso.

However, not only all that is new is taking the spotlight at the Santiago Bernabéu, as Vinícius Jr. proved once again why he is one of the best players in the world.

And this goal speaks on that for itself.

In the 28th minute, Vinícius received the ball in his favored left channel, and unleashed a curling outside-of-the-boot shot that arced impossibly around the keeper and inside the far post to open the scoring at the Ciudad de Valencia Stadium. A now classic Vini finish.

And then came the best part... the replay.

The behind-the-goal camera angle showed just how impossible of a shot it was for Levante’s goalkeeper Matthew Ryan to save. On social media, the clip went viral within minutes.

Vinícius himself kept the moment grounded, pointing to the man he believes deserves the credit. “My goal? Luka Modrić taught me the trivela,” he said post-match, nodding to former Real teammate.

Madrid’s other firepower was again on full display as LaLiga top scorer Kylian Mbappé netted twice, with young Argentina phenom Franco Mastantuono adding another.

Real Madrid sit atop of the Spanish table with 18 point in six matches.
