Liverpool Live Out Shakespearean Tragedy Against Leicester

Well, that was eventful. A game that promised buckets of narrative delivered and then some. Leicester, led by interim manager Craig Shakespeare came out guns blazing and Liverpool, um, liverpool came out like they normally do against relegation-threatened sides.

You can sort of see where this is headed.

After Jamie Vardy outrand Liverpool's defense, Danny Drinkwater did a thing that he doesn't normally do, and MAN, did he do it.

Liverpool came out of halftime with slightly more energy than the first half, but Leicester still ripped them apart on the counter and scored.

Liverpool got one back through Coutinho, but it was too little, too late.

Liverpool lose to a relegation candidate, Leicester don't make any sense at all. The world is as it should be.
