Cruz Azul Player Scores Goal From Damn Near Outside The Stadium

Crazy stuff happens in the Copa MX. This year, Cruz Azul's Christiano "Chaco" Gimenez provided the fun when he got the ball in his own half, decided "screw it, I'm launching from here," launched from there and scored.

We suggest you turn the sound on for this one.

Our favorite moment of this, as with any Cruz Azul game, is the fog horn blowing in the background during the goal. It just elevates the moment even higher.

On a night when Mexico City's main footballing attraction (Club America) drew away to a preaseason Seattle Sounders squad and got this goal scored on them, Cruz Azul stole the show, winning 5-2 and scoring a potential Puskas candidate.

Viva Los Cementaros.
