Two Cristiano Ronaldo goals vs Al Hilal on Friday marked the 930th and 931st of his career as Al Nassr secured a 3-1 Saudi Pro League victory against their rivals.
Friday’s game at Al Hilal’s Kingdom Arena saw two of the most prominent clubs in Saudi Arabia clash and the league’s biggest name find the back of the net twice. In the 47th minute Sadio Mané found CR7 in the box on an Al Nassr break with the Portuguese icon finishing coolly.

The day would only get sweeter for Ronaldo when Jhon Durán drew a penalty kick late in the game for Al Nassr. Ronaldo made no mistake from the spot and blasted a shot down the middle of the goal to make it 3-1 for his side in the 88th minute.
The 40-year-old takes two steps closer to the unthinkable feat of finishing his career with 1,000 goals. He shows no signs of slowing with 30 goals in 34 appearances across all competitions for Al Nassr this season.
Ronaldo fans were holding their breath early in the game when the Al Nassr forward fell awkwardly on his shoulder and needed treatment. He was down for several minutes before being able to continue.
The victory is an important result for Al Nassr who must finish in the top three to qualify for next season’s AFC Champions League. Ronaldo’s side now sit three points behind second-place Al Hilal and seven behind league leaders Al Ittihad.
