Dad Films And Narrates 12-Year-Old Son's Game Winner From Goalkeeper Position

There are very few keepers that've ever managed to score a last-minute goal for their side to advance in a cup competition, and the majority of such instances are usually without any proof — they're legendary tales of long-forgotten matches played out across rec-league pitches and inside futsal courts that are passed down through oral tradition.

But that's not the case for U-12 Gedling Southbank Panthers keeper Charlie Clarke, who smashed a last-second effort from inside his own half to lift his club to the semifinals of the Yel Sunday Cup while his own father filmed and narrated the incredible moment.

Charlie won't be retelling this story years down the road and relying on eyewitness accounts for confirmation, he can show the video — which was first uploaded to Twitter by his dad and has since been picked up by ESPN, the BBC, Sky Sports, the Guardian and Goal.

That's dad screaming "Go on Charlie, hit it! Hit it! That's in! It's in!"
