FC Barcelona Femení continued its monstrous season with a casual 8-0 victory against Athletic Club on Wednesday. This was the sixth time this season that Barcelona scored seven or more goals in a single game.
This Barcelona team is putting up statistics unheard of in the soccer sphere. After 27 league games, the Catalan side has won all 27, scored 136 goals and conceded five. Those are like video game numbers put up by an expert gamer who put the difficulty setting on amateur.
Spanish forward Jenni Hermoso looked like the expert on Wednesday. Barcelona's top scorer left three different Athletic players kicking at air as she nutmegged all three of them in a matter of seconds.

The Spaniard scored a hat trick against the Basque side and upped her season goal tally to 24 in her race to be the league’s top scorer. Levante’s Esther González is the only player who has scored more with 27 goals.
Hermoso may not lead the league in goals scored, but she does lead in the category of hardest flex on social media. After her side’s 4-0 route of Chelsea in the Champions League Final, Hermoso took to Twitter to show off the new silverware.
