Despite Greece's recent financial troubles, islands are still pretty pricey, with the cheapest of 12 listed islands for sale in Greece at 3 million Euros.
Mendes's net worth is said to be somewhere in the 100 million Euros range, so he could probably afford to buy his own private island, but we thought this gift from Ronaldo was nice.
