24-year-old Nikkole Teja announced her decision to retire from professional soccer on Tuesday, Jan. 23 — just 19 days after signing for new club Puebla Femenil in the Liga MX.

Teja, who played for Necaxa for two years before making the move to Puebla, is saying goodbye to soccer after just her third season as a professional. The Washington-born player jumped through a number of teams in the youth ranks in Mexico, playing with Pachuca and Quéretaro before making her debut in the country’s top flight.

“I have nothing more to prove to others or myself,” said Teja in her farewell post on social media. “It’s time to move onto the next thing in my life…” she added.

What’s the next chapter in her life? You might ask. Well, followers and people on social media have already started making their own assumptions over what made her decide to retire from the beautiful game — her Only Fans account.
On July of last year, Nikkole Teja broke into the mainstream of the soccer world after opening an Only Fans account at the request of the fans of her club at the time, Necaxa.
“[I opened an account] because the people asked for it,” said Teja on Instagram following the aperture of her account. Teja has over 300,000 followers on Instagram.

Teja, who is yet to announce her next moves, already denied being pregnant as the reason for her abrupt decision to retire.
Now, while her future endeavors still remain in the air, Teja will most certainly remain making a living out of what looks like a very healthy revenue stream coming from her subscription fees on the adult website.
The creator currently has a monthly subscription fee of $17.50 plus tax — a fee that grants access to over 85 exclusive photos and videos.
