The poor guy who missed the goal for Argentinos Juniors is 26-year-old Nicolás Reniero. I expect nothing more from a guy who hasn’t had his Wikipedia page updated in three years. Reniero is on loan from Racing Club and won’t be impressing many higher ups with his latest effort.
If it’s any consolation for him, Argentinos Juniors still came away with a 1-0 victory. Now we wait to see if Reniero goes dark on all his social media accounts like Joshua Zirkzee did after this gaffe vs. Ajax.
