Shirt sponsorships, love them or hate them, are among the biggest sources of income a club receives each season in order to continue paying for their high expenses. Over £200 million will be made across the Premier League from shirt sponsorships alone. Of course a majority of the money comes from the top 6 clubs, who display companies like Chevrolet, Yokohama, Fly Emirates, and Etihad Airways.

Manchester United and Chevrolet top the Premier League for most amount of income from sponsorship at £47 million. That is enough money to fund the signings of Memphis Depay, Matteo Darmian, and Bastian Schweinsteiger together with a couple million to spare.
Chelsea is the only club to come close to matching Manchester United’s 47 million deal at 40 million from new sponsor Yokohama. Chelsea nearly doubled their income from sponsorship after signing the Japanese tire company to the job from former electronic giant Samsung. From there it trickles down across the rest of the clubs, decreasing by roughly £5 million at each step on the way down.

Crystal Palace and Bournemouth are the lowest profiting clubs in the league at £750,000 each. Both clubs are sponsored by the same online gambling company, Mansion.
