Messi Scores An Absurd Brace To Keep Pressure On Real Madrid

A horrid back-pass allowed Barcelona's Lionel Messi to sprint through on Osasuna’s goal in the 12th minute of Wednesday's La Liga encounter. As for the goal, I don’t even know. Messi’s first touch is with his head, he then juggles the ball to keep it elevated and then pops it over Salvatore Sirigu with his third touch.

It’s absurd.

Fan favorite Andre Gomes scored Barcelona’s second in the 30th.

Osasuna responded with an incredible Roberto Torres free kick in the 48th minute.

But fan favorite Gomes regained Barcelona’s two-goal advantage less than 10 minutes later.

Messi added a second in the 61st, Paco Alcacer scored Barca’s fifth in the 64th and Javier Mascherano SCORED HIS FIRST LA LIGA GOAL with a penalty in the 67th. Alcacer then scored his second and Barca's seventh. All eyes are now on Real Madrid vs. Deportivo La Coruna in Spain.
