FC Rapid Bucuresti in Romania’s SuperLiga might have the weirdest reveal video for a new signing we’ve ever seen. Former U.S. President Bill Clinton appearing in a signing announcement for a Romanian team is the last thing we expected.
The club landed 31-year-old Cameroon forward Clinton N’Jie from Turkish side Sivasspor on Wednesday. According to the reveal video he is “the real Clinton.”

Someone from Rapid’s social media team must’ve woken up in a cold sweat around 2 a.m. and thought to themselves, “I HAVE AN IDEA!”
Our best guess is the video is just a play on the “Clinton” name and a nod to the new “Call of Duty Black Ops 6” video game which featured the former President in a trailer. We're just guessing at this point.
