It has become seemingly common to see players from Europe, Asia, and especially South America make the move to play in the United States.

In the last year, we’ve seen the arrivals of Argentina’s legendary Lionel Messi and young prodigy Thiago Almada (both World Cup champions with the Albiceleste in 2022), and Uruguay’s all-time top goalscorer Luis Suárez, amongst others.
