Leeds United are flying high after a fine start to the Premier League season but manager Jesse Marsch has told his squad to keep their feet on the ground and maintain their momentum if they are to stay in the top four.

Leeds convincingly beat Chelsea 3-0 last weekend to move up to third — two points behind leaders Arsenal — a position they will have to get used to after narrowly escaping relegation last season following Marsch's arrival in March.

They also beat Yorkshire neighbors Barnsley 3-1 on Wednesday to move into the third round of the League Cup.

Liverpool is off to a miserable start — its worst in 10 years if you crave that sort of exactness — with two draws and a defeat in its first three EPL matches. It's not all bad for the Reds, as the Merseyside club should be seventh based on expected goal difference, but The most evident source of Liverpool's struggles has come from the back.

Leeds did what nobody thought it could when Chelsea came to visit Elland Road on Sunday: utter humiliation was handed to the Blues. A dominate Leeds ran out 3-0 winners in an American masterclass thanks in big part to Brendon Aaronson’s first goal for Leeds.

Josh Sargent is on a hot streak right now for Norwich City in the EFL Championship. After scoring a sensational header on Tuesday he followed that performance up on Friday with a brace for the Canaries to defeat Millwall 2-0. The Sargent goals vs Millwall were the only goals of the game.
