I am still scared of the second leg.

Liverpool ran rampant over Manchester City Wednesday at Anfield, bringing a 3-0 advantage into the second leg next week at the Etihad. No player could be said to have had a bad game. The team worked as a cohesive unit, like a Swiss watch. Manchester City did not even have a shot on target and looked nigh-helpless against the Reds.

But I am worried about the second leg.

Look at this silliness:

For the last four days, Argentina’s national team has been training at Manchester City’s Etihad Campus in preparation for tomorrow’s friendly against Italy at the City of Manchester Stadium. Accordingly, resident Citizens Sergio Aguero and Nicolas Otamendi have been showing the likes of Lionel Messi, Gonzalo Higuain, Angel Di Maria and Javier Mascherano around.

The Manchester City social team has been all over it.

The Champions League quarterfinal matchups are set. At this stage in the competition, there are no bad teams and no teams that are truly out of it (except maybe Sevilla, sorry guys).

The quarterfinal matches will be played April 3-4 and April 10-11.
