Javier "Chicharito" Hernández scored three goals in the opening 60 minutes as the Los Angeles Galaxy earned a 3-2 victory Sunday over the visiting New York Red Bulls to become the only two-win team in MLS two weeks into the season.

It was the second consecutive multi-goal game for Chicharito, who scored just two goals the entire 2020 season for the Galaxy.

Andrew Gutman and Cristian Cásseres Jr. scored goals for the Red Bulls, who are the only Eastern Conference team to lose each of their first two games.

Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Nuno Espirito Santo said Mexican striker Raúl Jiménez cannot be considered for this year's Tokyo Olympics unless he first returns to action for the Premier League club.

Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Raúl Jiménez has returned to training after his recovery from an operation on his fractured skull but his return to the team will not be rushed, manager Nuno Espírito Santo said on Thursday.

Jiménez was taken to hospital after a clash of heads with Arsenal defender David Luiz during a match in November and the club were initially not optimistic about the Mexican's return to action this season.

Napoli cruised into the Coppa Italia semifinals with a 4-2 win over Spezia on Thursday, taking a 4-0 lead into halftime. The Chucky Lozano goal vs Spezia pretty much summed up the first half for the Serie A newcomers.

Kalidou Koulibaly opened the scoring with a cheeky backheel in the fifth minute after Spezia’s defense simply gave up on the play.
