The U.S. men’s national team will play for their Copa America knockout round qualification spot against Uruguay, with a few forced changes looking to make up this potential starting XI.

The USMNT is expected to make a set of substitutions as opposed to their back-to-back identical lineup in their matches against Bolivia and Panama.
Matt Turner (substituted off due to injury) and Tim Weah (sent off) would be the most notable absences for Gregg Berhalter following their most recent loss against the Canaleros, with two men ready to take their place.
Is it projected that we see the USMNT come out with the same formation (4-3-3) on Monday, with Ethan Horvath and Brenden Aaronson taking the previously mentioned’s place in the starting lineups and even Yunus Musah squeezing into the eleven for Tyler Adams who has continuously showed fitness problems throughout the tournament. Turner could still make an appearance as he has not yet been ruled out from the eleven.
We will most likely see the same back line, with Musah taking on the role of the center defensive midfielder, with Gio Reyna and Weston McKennie playing beside him. The front three will continue to be led by Christian Pulisic and Folarin Balogun — the USMNT’s best-performing players of the tournament — alongside the incorporation of Brenden Aaronson on the right wing.
