Danny Simpson's Domestic Violence Case Rained On Leicester City's Parade

Leicester City may be Cinderella on the field, but they're more like the ugly step-sisters off of it. Particularly right back Danny Simpson.

From The Telegraph:

The defender, 29, will be able to join his teammates at an end of season bash after Sunday's final game, on an open top bus tour of Leicester on Monday and on a trip to Thailand from Tuesday after he was told he could do unpaid work in the summer instead.

Simpson, who was found guilty of assaulting his ex-girlfriend Stephanie Ward at an earlier trial, was handed the 10pm to 6am curfew after asking a judge whether he could pay a fine instead of completing his original 300-hour community service sentence.

We've covered all the other underhanded/horrible things Leicester players have done, so we won't do that again. Instead, we're going to go in on this idiot person who the good citizens of Leicester let become a judge.

This is one of the worst instances of athlete favoritism We have ever seen, and the fact that it's being perpetrated by the actual British judicial system is sickening.

Danny Simpson was found guilty of domestic violence. It doesn't matter that he's an athlete or that Leicester did anything. He should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. Period.

Like, the judge didn't even try to hide the fact that Simpson was being given special treatment because Leicester won the title. At least make up some kind of bullsh*t precedent so it looks like you have a conscience.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go throw up then light myself on fire.
