The Best Premier League Goals Of Week 7 (Plus One Serie A Must See Golazo)

We’re seven weeks into the English Premier League campaign and it is starting to become obvious. Chelsea are the best team at this juncture and it really isn’t that close. The Blues beat Arsenal on Sunday, raising Jose Mourinh’s unbeaten streak versus Arsene Wenger to 12 straight games. The Gunners failed to have a shot on goal through the entire match, which culminated with a little shoving match between the two managers.

Liverpool and Manchester United each got much-needed three points, while Aston Villa’s hot start seems to have come to an end as they lost 2-0 to Manchester City. There were 27 goals over the weekend and we did the work to find the best 5. We also added a little bonus from Serie A action that is a must see.

5: Burnley needed this 95th minute equalizer from Ross Wallace to keep them from holding sole possession of last place in the Prem. Lovely and timely strike from the midfielder whose Zodiac sign is Gemini.

4: Angel Di Maria opens the scoring against Everton with this one-timer from the top of the box. Juan Mata, we see you.

3: Yaya Toure took matters into his own hands and takes on 4 Aston Villa defenders before curling one in past Brad Guzan for his first goal of the season.

2: Adam Lallana shows some sublime skill and combines with Jordan Henderson to score this beautiful goal that gave Liverpool at 1-0 lead before the half.

1B: Sergio Aguero executes two quick touches before firing a blast from outside the 18 to seal a 2-0 win for Manchester City.

1A: Talk about taking matters into your own hands. Khouma Babacar of Fiorentina ripped one upper ninety from 20+ feet. Not in the Prem, but job well done.
