Richarlison gets a tattoo of himself on the back alongside two Brazilian legends

After Brazil's exit from the World Cup and while Richarlison recovers from a muscular injury that will keep him out of the field for at least one month, the Brazilian forward decided to add some ink to his skin. The design of the new tattoo? An image of himself on his back.

Yep, Richarlison now has a tattoo of Richarlison.

Richarlison gets tattoo of himself

Richarlison had a good World Cup despite the elimination, bagging three goals during the tournament. The experience was profound from a personal point of view and the player immortalized it with a tattoo of himself flanked by two big Brazilian legends: childhood idol Ronaldo and his current teammate Neymar.

Imagine it as a Mount Rushmore of Brazilian soccer, but with quite a few stars missing and Richarlison on it.

Mmm... You can scratch the Mount Rushmore idea from your brain.

The design also features a boy looking at the players from a favela (obviously wearing a Richarlison jersey), a fragment of the Brazilian flag and Pelé's signature as if he is approving the tattoo.

Some of the images shared online show that the faces of Neymar and Ronaldo are far from being similar to the real players and have generated a wave of memes.

However, the player and the tattoo artist have said that the job is not done yet, so here we are, giving them the benefit of the doubt, waiting for the final result before joining the mob.

By the way, Richarlison is not the only soccer player with a tattoo of himself. German Leroy Sané also has an image of himself inked on the back.
