Official: Sergio Ramos Will Leave Real Madrid

News broke on Wednesday that Sergio Ramos is leaving Real Madrid. Ramos plans to have a farewell press conference on Thursday.

It’s unclear where Ramos could head next. The only thing for certain is that the Spaniard won’t be with Real Madrid.

Real Madrid purchased Ramos in the summer of 2005 for €27 million from Sevilla. The rest is history. One of the greatest defenders in history has a phonebook for his list of trophies and awards.

His trophies with Real Madrid include:

5 LaLiga Titles

4 UEFA Champions League Titles

2 Copa Del Rey Titles

4 Supercopas

3 UEFA Super Cup Titles

4 FIFA Club World Cup Titles

Ramos has played his entire career in LaLiga. The 35-year-old still has plenty of life in those Spanish legs and could play for anyone. It was thought that with the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti, Ramos might stick around in Madrid.

Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Manchester City have all been rumored to be linked to Ramos.
