There are moments when it is natural to question the current state of humanity. Terrorist attacks, chemical weapons, shootings, missiles, hate speech, racism, discrimination. You are left to wonder: How could this be? Who would do something like that?

Another one of these moments presented itself Tuesday when the Borussia Dortmund team bus was attacked before its Champions League quarterfinal match with AS Monaco in Germany. 

Leicester City fans are apparently trying to reenact scenes from Bill Buford's "Among the Thugs" during their European adventure for the Champions League quarterfinals, clashing with Spanish police in Madrid and drunkenly yelling about Gibraltar.

In the end, somehow, one team won but the other team didn't lose. At least that's what Diego Simeone and Craig Shakespeare will be saying after Wednesday's Champions League quarterfinal first leg between two identical teams. In the end, everyone was happy, because, in the end, Leicester City and Atletico Madrid are the same thing.

Arturo Vidal had a pretty good game for Bayern Munich. He scored from a corner and was lively in central midfield. That said, he'll want his penalty back.

The second leg in Monaco promises more of the same, and this time it’ll be Dortmund needing to force the issue.

Thomas Tuchel opted for a more conservative approach to start the match, playing Sven Bender, Sokratis and Lukasz Piszcezek in the back and opting for Marcel Schmelzer and Matthias Ginter as wing backs.

It was going to be a tall task for Leicester City to go into Vicente Calderón Stadium and come away with a victory, it will be even harder if the referee is giving away penalties.

With the referee trailing closely, Antoine Griezmann made a run down the left side when Marc Albrighton clipped the Frenchman clearly outside the box. But the referee thought otherwise and awarded Atletico a penalty.
