Watch: Antonee Robinson provides ridiculous must-see assist vs. Burnley

United States men’s national team and Fulham left back Antonee Robinson provided one of the more creative assists we’ve seen during his side’s 2-2 draw with Burnley.

With Fulham leading 1-0 early in the first half, Robinson helped double the lead with a no-look, first-timed and backward assist over the top to Rodrigo Muniz.

Burnley co-owner JJ Watt says controversial Luton Town equalizer was ‘truly disgraceful’

BURNLEY — Carlton Morris scored a controversial last-gasp goal as Luton Town escaped Turf Moor with a precious point against Burnley in a 1-1 Premier League draw on Friday between two sides fighting relegation.

The hosts looked set for victory after Zeki Amdouni's first-half goal before Morris headed in the equalizer in the 92nd minute. Burnley protested that Luton's Elijah Adebayo impeded goalkeeper James Trafford, but following a VAR check, the goal stood.

Erling Haaland needed all of 185 seconds to score in the new EPL season

Erling Haaland may never let go of the Premier League’s golden boot award. He only needed 185 seconds to score in the 2023-24 EPL opening game before he added a second goal later in the first half.

Burnley hosted the defending European and Premier League champions Manchester City on Friday and got a harsh welcome back to England’s top flight with a 3-0 battering.

The home crowd at Turf Moor were immediately silenced when Haaland scored in the fourth minute.

Old friends and new foes — Meet the three promoted teams in the Premier League for 2023-24 season

England’s Championship division is one of the most intense seasons in Europe. The 46 games played, just in the league itself, give players more opportunities to perform well but also for a team’s season to come crashing down. While there are additional games, every match means just as much in the Championship, if not more, as the teams compete for the right to move up to the ludicrously lucrative Premier League.

Vincent Kompany admits he didn’t expect to get Burnley promoted to EPL after just one season

Burnley manager Vincent Kompany said he did not expect to lead the Lancashire club to promotion to the Premier League in his first season in charge, but having achieved that return to the top tier he said his side are now aiming for more.

Burnley secured automatic promotion to the Premier League with seven games to spare after Friday's 2-1 victory at Middlesbrough ensured Kompany's side will finish in the second-tier Championship's top two.

The Biggest Premier League Stadiums By Capacity

The Premier League kicks off this weekend as Crystal Palace hosts Arsenal at Selhurst Park, a modest yet perfect example of what soccer stadiums should and can be. With so many teams, and especially the giants, boasting opulent cathedrals of sport, it's only necessary to determine which are the biggest for the 2022-23 season.

Jesse Marsch Eschews Ted Lasso Narrative, Saves Leeds From Relegation In Dramatic Fashion

When Jesse Marsch was hired to revitalize a struggling Leeds United earlier this year, the Ted Lasso comparisons were everywhere, British media members incapable of treating Marsch like his own man. Now, Leeds’ American coach can separate himself from the TV manager.

In his first season, Ted Lasso’s fictional AFC Richmond was relegated. In his first season, Jesse Marsch’s Leeds United survived.

Safe Hands Under Stress: The Crucial Saves That Defined A Week Of Big Games

Despite all the hype, cup finals and semifinals tend to disappoint. Nerves take hold of the players, and the play on the pitch is dictated by a fear of losing rather than a desire to win. These matches become cagey affairs defined by midfield battles and long clearances, both caused by an aversion to conceding.

This week was different. The FA Cup final was an end-to-end affair, the notoriously-prudent EFL Championship playoff semifinals were both entertaining affairs and the Europa League final was an emotive footballing masterclass.

The Race Against Relegation: Calculating Premier League Relegation Permutations

After an arduous but entertaining eight-month season, the 2021-22 Premier League campaign has come down to a span of four days for a battle between three clubs to see which two sides will remain in the Premier League next year.

Just a single point separates 18th from 17th and 17th from 16th, and with games in hand, the permutations become innumerable. Here's how the table looks at the moment, with Everton, Leeds and Burnley occupying 16 through 18th, respectively:
