UEFA must want to watch the world burn as groups for 2026 World Cup qualifying were drawn on Friday with one group catching everyone’s eye. Group K of UEFA WCQ features England and two incredibly bitter rivals… Serbia and Albania.

Serbia and Albania have intense political tension and have only played each other twice with the last meeting being in 2015. UEFA have rules in place during draws for certain nations and clubs not to face each other in fear of violence.

Manchester City are experiencing one of their worst runs of form in years with just a single win in their last nine games. Nothing seems to be going right, and footage of a Man City penalty practice reflects that perfectly.

During a livestream of City’s practice on Tuesday something unthinkable happened. Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Ilkay Gundogan and Erling Haaland all missed penalty kicks in training. The worst part? There wasn’t even a goalkeeper in goal.

Stanford women’s soccer team survived a thrilling 1-1 (4-2) penalty shootout victory vs. Arkansas in the NCAA DI women’s soccer championship tournament on Sunday but had a bizarre moment at the end of the first half.

Stanford trailed in the first half of the Round of 16 matchup and thought they had scored an incredible equalizer in the stroke of halftime.

Argentina side Deportivo Riestra are facing a tidal wave of backlash after they pulled a publicity stunt of starting a popular YouTube influencer in their Argentine Primera División game on Monday.

The club, who sit ninth in the table, named YouTuber and Twitch streamer “Spreen” as their starting striker. Spreen, whose real name is Ivan Buhajeruk, has no experience playing the sport but was put in a professional team’s starting XI.

Nov 9 (Reuters) - Triestina coach Pep Clotet defended himself after he angrily confronted his red-carded player Raimonds Krollis during a Serie C game on Friday, saying his actions were merited due to the nature of the challenge.

Krollis, who joined Triestina on loan from Serie A club Spezia in August, was shown a red card for hitting out at an opposing player in the 34th minute of a 1-0 defeat to Giana Erminio.

The heated rivalry between the Brazilian clubs is no joke. How someone managed to smuggle in a pig’s head is beyond us, but the disgusting object was lobbed onto the field in the 29th minute.
