Chelsea Player Injures Himself Celebrating Win In Which He Did Not Play

Nemanja Matic didn’t play in Chelsea’s Carling Cup win against Tottenham, but he did don his jersey after the game as he joined his teammates in the post-game celebration. He looked like he played, and then he got injured as if he had, too.

The man obviously needs to score more goals so he can work on his knee sliding technique.

According to Mourinho, the injury is not that bad, and he should be ready for Chelsea’s upcoming match against PSG. Which is good because, for a while, we were worried that Chelsea had suddenly body-swapped with Arsenal.

Get well soon, Matic.
