Cristiano Ronaldo scores his 12th league goal for Al-Nassr in his 12th Saudi Pro League game

Cristiano Ronaldo ended Al-Nassr’s three-game streak without a goal after netting a header vs. Al-Raed on Friday during his side’s 4-0 victory. CR7 opened the scoring in the fourth minute.

The goal means Ronaldo maintains his average of scoring a goal per league game with his new Saudi club.

Despite the great goal scoring record, Ronaldo and Al-Nassr could finish the season without a trophy. Earlier this week on Monday Al-Nassr were eliminated from the King’s Cup semifinals by Al-Wehda. Al-Nassr were also eliminated in the semis of the Saudi Super Cup in January.

The club let go of manager Rudi Garcia earlier in April.

Winning the Saudi Pro League looks unlikely as well. Al-Nassr have five games left to play and sit three points behind Al-Ittihad who still have a game in hand.
