Watch Vancouver And San Jose Produce Best MLS Game Since Return In 7-Goal Thriller

If you find yourself bored and without plans during the evening and night, may I suggest turning on the late-night MLS match taking place? The goals seem to rain down in Orlando once the sun goes down and that was made ever apparent during the San Jose Earthquakes’ crazy comeback victory against the Vancouver Whitecaps on Wednesday night.

The match had a little something for everyone: classy finishes, a nightmare own goal, an even more horrific mistake leading to a goal and then a dramatic late comeback with a goal in the last minute of play.

You know it must have been a good match when MLS tweets out video of the ENTIRE match. So, if you’re not doing anything for the next two hours you can watch the full match.

If you would prefer to only see the goals, MLS has got your back again.

Statistically this may have been the most exciting game of the tournament thus far. Not only did the seven-goal thriller record the most goals in a game in the competition, but this match tied for most shots and had the second-most shots on target. In total there were 31 shots between the two sides, with 15 of them on target.

For San Jose this was one of the best comebacks in club history. The biggest and arguably best comeback ever in MLS history is still the time the Earthquakes came back from a 4-0 aggregate deficit against the LA Galaxy in 2003. That didn't stop San Jose from partying Wednesday night as if it was 2003.

As for Group F, the top two spots are still wide open for all four teams to advance. Here is how the group looks after Wednesday night’s match.

Group F remains tight after San Jose's incredible comeback vs. Vancouver.

Action in Group F will pick back up Sunday night with San Jose vs. Chicago Fire at 8 p.m. EST and Vancouver vs. Seattle Sounders at 10:30 p.m. EST.
