John Arne Riise is a Norwegian retired former footballer. He is one of the best full-backs in Liverpool history. He is 35 years old. He has never drank a beer.
Until now.
Riise posted a video of him trying his first-ever beer on Instagram. He did not like it.
We can empathise with Riise here. Many of us tried our first beers when we were teenagers and reacted much the same way as Riise. We gradually developed a taste for it until we finally decided we liked it. Riise, we think, will not go through that process. He seems to be done with beer.
Nobody enjoys their first beer. John Arne Riise certainly didn't.
