James Rodriguez led his Colombia squad through an epic keepy-uppy bin challenge ahead of their World Cup qualifying clash against Argentina on Tuesday. If you haven't seen one of these challenge videos before, it's a pretty simple concept.
A group of players move the ball in an orderly fashion, never letting it touch the ground, using only their heads. After everyone in the rotation has headed the ball, the final player must head the ball into an empty waste bin.
After the task has been accomplished, cue absolute pandamonium and bedlam. It's like winning the World Cup but on an infinitely more satisfying level. I mean, who knows how many attempts and takes it took to get this right. If you've got nothing on the calendar this weekend, here's your inspiration.

While Colombia looked relaxed and on point throughout this keepy-up bin challenge, they'll be bitterly dissapointed at the result from Tuesday. Argentina edged the match 1-0 while James Rodriguez was effectively marked out of the game, unable to optimize on his precise heading abilities. Colombia sit a dissapointing seventh in the South American 2018 World Cup Qualifying table.
While we're only four games into the qualifying slog, some more training sessions like the one above are definitely called for if they hope to make it to Russia.
