Marco Reus Has Scored A Worldie Against Every Bundesliga Club. Here’s All 18 Of Them

It’s been a great month for Borussia Dortmund attacker Marco Reus. After suffering an ACL tear in last season’s DFB-Pokal final, the 28-year-old made his long-awaited comeback on February 10 against Hamburger SV in the Bundesliga.

He’s since played in six more matches for BVB, scoring three goals (including the strike that’s since been voted the Bundesliga’s Goal of the Month for February).

After going the full 90 in Dortmund’s Europa League match against Salzburg on Thursday, Reus’s comeback was further cemented by the news of a contract extension between the German international and his club, keeping him in Dortmund until June 30, 2023.

“Dortmund is my home, BVB is my club! Since I was a kid, I dreamed of appearing on the pitch in black and yellow and playing for this club,” said Reus. “So, with deepest conviction I want to use this signature as a clear signal for the future.”

Recently speaking with Bundesliga.com, Reus also disclosed something that’ll certainly send your heart soaring up into your throat with regards to this summer’s World Cup: “I will not miss out through injury.”

I swear, if he gets hurt at any point over the next three months, I will volunteer my body as a vehicle for his footballing brain to be surgically placed into so he can compete at the World Cup.

Joachim Low will be hugely disappointed with his fitness levels and diminished pace, but I’m trust trying to get my boy to the World Cup.
