A day after enfing his four-month goal drought for Bayer Leverkusen, Mexican striker Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez responded to U.S. President Donald Trump's proposed border wall, tweeting a poem by Mexican illustrator Jorge Mendez.
"Mexico in my heart. Proud to be Mexican today and always. Today we're more united than ever. Viva Mexico!"
Chicharito's response followed that of Mexico captain Rafa Marquez, who spoke out against the wall last week.
