Raul Jimenez scored two equalisers from the spot in a dramatic second half as Fulham held Ipswich Town to a 2-2 draw at Craven Cottage in the Premier League on Sunday, extending the hosts' unbeaten streak to eight league matches.

Both teams converted penalties within two minutes as Jimenez cancelled out Sammie Szmodics' first-half strike in the 69th minute, before Liam Delap restored the visitors' lead after Timothy Castagne brought him down.

Lionel Messi to be honored with Presidential Medal of Freedom by Joe Biden

Yes, you read that headline correctly. United States President Joe Biden will give the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honor, to Inter Miami star Lionel Messi on Saturday.

Messi is one of 19 people receiving the honor from Biden including basketball star Magic Johnson, Bill Nye the Science guy, actor Denzel Washington and Hillary Clinton.

Messi isn’t the first soccer player to receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Biden bestowed the award to United States women’s national team star and human rights activist Megan Rapinoe in 2022.

Plymouth Argyle have mutually agreed to part ways with head coach Wayne Rooney after just over seven months in charge, the second-tier Championship club said on Tuesday.

Christian Pulisic recovers from calf injury but suffers new setback with ankle says Milan head coach

Injury issues continue to plague AC Milan with leading scorer Christian Pulisic now out of Sunday's Serie A clash against AS Roma after a setback during his recovery, coach Paulo Fonseca said.

"I expected to have Pulisic. He is fine, he has recovered from his calf problem, but in the last two days he has had an ankle problem," the coach said about the U.S. international.

"It has arisen in the recovery process and he is not ready to play tomorrow, not even for the bench."
