The Everyday Struggles Of Soccer Players As Sung By Beyonce, Flo Rida And Eminem

SoccerGrlProbs have released a new video through their YouTube channel that perfectly captures the everyday struggles of being a soccer player by using snippets of pop songs. Beyonce, Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber and many others have their music repurposed in innovative and hilarious ways to illustrate the laborious effort that anyone whose ever played the game will instantly recognize.

SoccerGrlProbs is a team of former members of the Fairfield University Division 1 Women’s Soccer team, including Alanna Locast, Shannon Fay and Carly Beyar. With the help of current members of the Fairfield team, SoccerGrlProbs have created an instant classic.

Our favorites include an undying love for a pair of boots you’ve grown attached to, the quizzical “what do you mean?” in reply to the coach’s instructions and the use of Beyonce’s “Formation”. The entire video is pretty much genius.

SoccerGrlProbs has transitioned from a comedic outlet to a lifestyle brand that empowers young female athletes. Their mission and aim is both admirable and inspiring:

"It is our mission to support and encourage the well-being and positive self-image of young female athletes everywhere. We aim to encourage the idea of a strong, confident, positive female athlete who is comfortable in her own skin. We want to empower young female athletes to build a strong inner foundation and to have the confidence to proudly grow into the women they will become. Through social media and our apparel products, we want to continue to deliver authentic and original content through this lifestyle brand as a means to establish a sense of unity and sisterhood in the female soccer community."
